At St. Croix Rods Factory Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lifestyle apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Ensure all original tags are attached and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
